IT Project support, develop documentation for the IT department processes and act as document librarian ? Develop and deliver training plans and material as part of new IT project roll-outs. ? Monitoring and developing documentation, assisting with business analysis (at a requirement gathering/research level). ? Identifying training requirements, developing appropriate training solutions and planning delivery. Produce documentation to support any training delivered, and develop and deliver a mechanism for user feedback and evaluation. ? Assist with desktop support duties Required Experience ? Degree level or equivalent experience. ? Will need excellent communication and time management skills, the ability to multitask. ? Proficient in MS Office and MS Project and be able to meet challenging deadlines.
