It?s a large project, with a value of somewhere between ?4-6million Euros The Ideal candidate should be able to communicate in Spanish and English with sub contractors and suppliers. Working under the direction of the Project Manager, you should have a site managers qualification or equivalent experience in managing a site to a high standard. You will possess an excellent attitude to health and safety and be efficient and have a pro-active approach. You must be flexible in your approach as our client is using revolutionary construction techniques from Northern Europe.
